Payment
- How can I pay?
On The Guest Card Shop you can pay via the following payment methods: iDeal, credit card, and prepayment. - How do I choose a different payment method?
When completing your order, you can select your payment method. The choices are put to you immediately on screen and speak for themselves. If you want to use a different kind of payment method during a next purchase, you can change the payment method each time. The Guest Card Shop can request a deposit when paying through an invoice. - How long will it take until my payment is processed?
The financial process of your payment takes several days. The physical processing of your order will be explained. - How does iDEAL function?
With iDeal you can pay through your own bank, you then use your trusted online banking environment. For using iDeal you do not need to register. When you use online banking with ABN AMRO, Fortis, ING Bank, Rabobank or SNS Bank, you can use iDeal. It works like this:
- Place your order in your cart. Then in your cart click the "Order" button.
- A new window opens, select your payment option as "iDeal" and then choose your bank. Click on the button "pay" at the bottom right of the page.
- A new window will open and you are forwarded to the banking environment of your bank, you are accustomed to. Enter the required information and round off the payment.
- The amount is directly debited from your account and The Guest Card Shop will receive notification that your order is paid.

Ordering
- I am ordering for the first time, how does that work through The Guest Card Shop?
To place an order through The Guest Card Shop is very simple. You select the products in our store you want to buy, they come in your digital shopping cart. If you have finished shopping, click 'checkout' at the top right of the page. After logging in you can select your payment and complete your order. - I want to cancel my order, how do I do that?
When you place your order or want to cancel any part of it, for example because of damage to your order, you should first contact The Guest Card Shop. Then return your products in their original packaging through our free mailing address. However, you must also send The Guest Card Shop your return receipt. This may be done by e-mail to customerservice@theguestcardshop.nl or by mail to the following address: Oslo 15, 2993 LD Barendrecht, The Netherlands. - How do I know if my return order is received?
After settling your order you will receive a confirmation of The Guest Card Shop. This may be a Phone call, or a written or email confirmation.
Deliver
- When will my order be delivered?
The Guest Card Shop does not have a standard delivery time for its products. When our products are in stock you can receive your product as soon as you payment has settled. Depending on the selected payment method, your order can be processed immediately if you pay via iDeal. If products are out of stock unexpectedly, we will contact you to make an appointment. The Guest Card Shop strives to deliver you within 7 days. - Can I determine when my order will be delivered?
No, you cannot determine a delivery date yourself. When your order is ready it is sent to your address. - Can I use a different delivery address?
Your order can be delivered to a different address if you have prepaid your order (iDeal). - Will I be informed if it is clear when my order is being delivered?
When The Guest Card Shop receives your order, you will immediately be informed about the delivery. Perhaps you will also receive a service message regarding the delivery.
Returns
- Do I pay shipping if I return?
When you want to return one or more products, for example because of damage to your order, you can do this for via our free mail address.
For organizational reasons, please contact our customer service prior to your mail, otherwise we will charge you 5 euro administration costs. - Can I get my money back if I send returns?
When you return with a valid reason one or more products, you will receive your payment on the account number known to us. We will send you a credit invoice. Of course, here we also need to receive a return certificate. This may be send by e-mail customerservice@theguestcardshop.nl or by mail to the following address: Oslo 15, 2993 LD Barendrecht, The Netherlands. - How do I return an item?
You can send an item back through the post office stating the following: Freepost 2116, 2990 WD Barendrecht, The Netherlands. - Can I return something if I have already opened the package?
No, you can only return products when they are send in their original packaging, unopened and unused.
